  My friend and I went to Tutti; my friend had a really nice lady to do her nails but I got a Chinese guy and he's the worst. Although he did all what he should do and did it ok, you can easily tell how he didn't want to do his job by his attitude. He was rude, careless, kept talking to his colleagues about how he wanted to go home and eat, and impolitely pointed me where should I put my hands like having him do my nails was such an honor. But this is not the worst. He kept staring at my friend's breast for so many times(she was wearing a little dress), and his Chinese colleagues knew and laughed at him about this right behind my friend. My friend and I can speak Mandarin so we both knew what they were talking, and this is very very very ungraceful. How could you make fun of your customer's body in front of her/him? Not to mention we also heard how they described the other customers. I can't believe I even paid tips for this guy. Honestly, if you don't want to do your job, that's ok, just go home and no one forced you to do it anyway​ so that you wouldn't make me so disgusted to have you do my nails. This is the first time and definitely the last time I visit here.

  Very clean place. They did a fabulous job for my gel manicure and spa pedicure! Also appreciate their service for gel manicure allowing me to return within a week to fix any issues i might have afterwards. Thanks!

  Honestly one of the worst manicures I’ve ever had - my nails are still dirty and look like I didn’t even get them done. Will not ever come back here and will warn others.

  I really enjoyed the service here. The store was very clean and all of the workers were so friendly! I had an amazing time getting my spa pedicure. Will definitely be returning.

  Steer clear! I am not one to complain and write a negative review but this place was HORRENDOUS. Don't let this beautiful salon fool you of their awful customer service. The people working here are rude and rush you even when there is not a wait. I got the worst manicure I've ever had, the woman jammed me into the manicure bar so she was comfortable, the towels are luke warm, she missed half of my nails on all ten fingers and are BEYOND rude when I asked her to fix it. I would not suggest this place to anyone.
