  I have been searching for the right Genesis for a long time - dealt with all the local dealerships in the OC area, and by far the best service I received was here at Tustin Hyundai & especially with sales rep Frank J. No pressure, best savings with little to no haggling on my part, perfect follow-through - lots of patience as I changed my mind several times. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. I highly recommend this dealership, and if you aren't looking for a Hyundai or Genesis - come here & they will convince you and find the right one for you. Thank you so much for making what is always a painful experience as easy and fun as it can be. So happy.

  Frank Joubran and Cedric Thomas are a great team. I was recommended to Frank by Costco and he was very responsive and informative from the first phone call. He was busy when I went to the agency and he introduced me to Cedric who completed the deal. I will use this dealer in the future.

  From phone call to walking into the dealership I felt my business mattered to them. Through my interaction with Shawn Brown, I felt it was more than just about the sale. His knowledge with the product was superb and I felt in great hands. I felt treated with respect and never felt like I was dealing with sharks. His direct approach was very much appreciated. He was very detail oriented and helped me feel at ease. The dealership itself is very clean and inviting.

  Shawn made sure my car buying experience was a simple and quick as possible. Shawn made sure everything was taken care of even though we showed up super late to purchase our new car. I can't recommend Shawn enough.

  I have a 2011 Hyundai sonata. Although I bought it at a different dealership, I always have it serviced at Tustin Hyundai. Since it's a Hyundai dealership, they can do all the required maintenance with genuine Hyundai parts. They can handle any recalls, too. There are several things I like: 1. You can schedule appointments. 2. They usually have some sort of discount coupon, which the Service Writers apply without being asked. 3. They can give you a ride or you can wait for your car in the Customer Lounge. 4. They have free coffee. 5. They wash your car before you pick it up. I don't enjoy taking my car in for service anywhere, but at Tustin Hyundai, I'm treated with honesty and respect which makes service appointments much more tolerable.
