  They came to my house through service line warranties. They were rude and very unhelpful. I would not recommend them under circumstances.

  THEY TREAT THE EMPLOYEES HORRIBLE AND SHORT ON PAY! IVE HAD 3 PEOPLE THAT I KNOW PERSONALLY THAT THEY HAVE SCREWED OVER ON PAY! DO NOT USE THEM THEY OVER CHARGE AND DO HALF ASS WORK.

  Do not use this company. It took them a week to get me on the schedule and then they wouldn't even commit to coming at the time they gave me which was a 4 hour window. I asked for a call prior to them coming because I couldn't take off work if they couldn't commit to coming when they said they MIGHT. I received no call and found out they came without calling and left because I wasn't home. Also I constantly got voice mail and when I left a message it was NEVER returned. I had to keep calling back.

  Arrived to a service call 3 days later (contract say - within 24 hours), 20 min fix according to Matthew took 3 weeks, and this is by contacting warranty service literally every day. Customer service - non existent, Left a mess in the front yard. After they passed the inspection and came to fill the dig, the water was gushing from under water meter cover just two feet away, and they did not even ask us if any help is needed, leave alone fixing the problem. Later discovered one more broken sprinkler system part near by. So many coincidences. Advice - stay away.

  Tusa's Plumbing was assigned by Service Line Warranties. Morning of Wednesday City called contractor to service my problem. Called SLW 4 times to get a phone call from contractor to advise of "on their way". Cancelled doctor visit and stayed home all day and night to no call. Called SLW 8PM to find out it was too late for today they would getting touch for tomorrow, Thursday. Thursday AM I finally get my call they are on the way. No Auger...straight to camera which ID'd no clog. They were getting ready to leave when I ran to truck to stop them that I still had problem since she did nothing! She asked how long this would take that she was in a hurry!!!! Hour later another truck from Tusa's came and wanted 1400 dollars to install a double valve so he could locate the problem Told him I didnt have that $$$ so he was leaving. Stop I said what do I do now, he said if you don't fix it, your house will flood!! That was it!!! NEVER USE THESE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!
