  First time using Turner and definitely not the last. I bought a new water heater from Lowe’s to replace my old one that was on its last leg. Lowe’s came out and gave me an estimate for the install and charged me $35.00 for just the estimate. Their install quote was absolutely ridiculous to replace an electric heater with the same size electric heater, so called Turner to get a second opinion. Lowe’s also was horrid in the order process and I had to call multiple times just to have them tell me they couldn’t find the water heater I bought from them, and then miraculously it shows up 30 minutes later. When I went to pick it up, they couldn’t find any of the paperwork so just let me take it and hand wrote a pick up receipt. Just horrible. Turner quoted their rates over the phone and got me on the schedule that week. Their techs Zach and John showed up right on time and finished the job before lunch. They didn’t charge me for any BS labor or parts I didn’t need, and worked efficiently and hauled off my old clunker after testing the new unit to make sure everything was right and it worked. Definitely will use them again. The new unit works great. Thank you!

  A good solid crew, clearly knowledgeable in all facets of plumbing and problem analysis. Starting the job, the first point done: made a plan and then walked through the house checking the plan against what reality was. The team worked efficiently and VERY cleanly. Walls and ceilings were carefully opened, the cutouts saved to minimize restoration later. As in all re-plumbing jobs, a problem not expected was encountered - they explained where and why a change order would be necessary and kept the additional cost well below what it could have been. Unlike other plumbers, Turner Plumbing restores the walls and ceilings after the job was done. Summary: highly recommended.

  We have used Turner Plumbing on multiple projects. They have re-piped five residences, installed hot water heaters, dish washers, shower fixtures as well as different types of sinks/faucets for the kitchen and bathroom. They have been very good about working us in on short notice. We have been delighted with their professionalism, punctuality and especially appreciate that the plumbers are clean, courteous and very polite. That is hard to find in the construction industry. We definitely will use them again and again and highly recommend them!!

  We are going through a process here. Maybe we have a slab leak, maybe we do not and it is something else. Only reason for the 4 Star rating, because all we actually know it's there is a problem. Today, the new toilet to replace the ,60+ year original version was installed and the MB sliding toilet problem addressed. We were happy with the work and solutions proposed. Hall bath has a functional fixture, MB fixed up probably as much as possible. Pleased with the care and workmanship. Estimator came out on the slab leak issue. I think every other company would be talking slab jackhammer and massive destruction, not to mention the $$$. He spent over an hour trying to figure out what is actually happening. We will be continuing this process with them. I have to say that this business impresses me on multiple levels. There is no sense of anyone trying to jack up charges. The plumbers and helpers try diligently​ to complete work within the hourly rate. For us, this means we get some little bonus fixes such as a leaky faucet if they finish the original problem quickly. Everyone we have had here has been sweet, competent, and willing to have the little old lady in residence saying, "well, since you are here...." Works for me! Edit. The company sent one of their technicians out, to further diagnose the issue. He pulled the MB toilet, and discovered the flange was broken. Since this toilet was repaired just a couple months ago, he seemed to think the original plumber may have missed something. Flange and service call were completed at no charge to us and the leaking issue appears to be completely resolved. So, again, I highly recommend these guys. If they don't get it right the first time, they fix it.

  Turner Plumbing's Master Plumber Chris and Apprentice Frank did an outstanding job installing a tub / shower valve and relocating my vanity water supply and drain lines. Their work was done in a highly professional and timely manner and they cleaned up the area after they completed the job. My total experience with Turner Plumbing from the estimate through completion of the job was excellent and I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. My thanks to Chris and Frank for a great job.
