::I have dropped off my clothes 3 times and the first time they did not dry correctly and left them all wet. The last two times they stole my expensive shirts costing me over $100. NOT worth it to take your clothes there and have them all Stolen or left wet and soggy. WoRST place I have been to in NYC!!! They don't even deserve a one star rate!

::Always losing clothing, white clothes come back grey! Colored clothes are dingy & have no smell at all! Never smells like detergent or softener!

::Too expensive washers cost 6 dollars, driers 25 cents per 8 minutes and take too long to dry clothes ,workers are rude and umpolite , forgot my daughter's jacket in a drier,called the laundromat and ask them to please look for it and hold it for me , they refused saying that they are too busy,
