  By far one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I bought a ring from this company last year and it took over 3 weeks to get to me. Spoke with the owner several times during the process trying to get a status and he kept assuring me the ring had shipped but there were no updates on the carrier website. After several emails and phone calls, they finally shipped the ring. Decided to give them another chance this year and ordered another ring. Sure enough the exact same thing happened. This time the order took just shy of a month to get to me. Owner kept telling me the same stories "your order has shipped and should be there in 2 days." Meanwhile the carrier website showing no updates. Come to find out the engravers didn't even know they were supposed to engrave the ring, so the ring was just sitting there while the owner was telling me it had shipped. I'm not sure how these guys stay in business when it takes a month to get a single ring sent out to a customer. If you want to wait a month to get your product and be told lies repeatedly about it being shipped then this is the place to shop. It's funny how 11 of their 5 star reviews are anonymous and posted 5 years ago...ALL AROUND SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

  Fantastic customer service and communication! I was impressed with the quick turnaround for custom engraving on a ring not even purchased there. No other businesses offered this level of service ~ thank you!
