  I ordered a replacement woofer for a Expos M5 I damaged and they had it to me in a week. While I am not in the market for more gear they sell some of the finest audio you'll find in Seattle.

  Really great place, knowledgeable staff, with nothing but the best in audio 'toys'. One of my favorite new places in Seattle.

  When will you actually be open? I stopped by earlier this week only to discover that the store is on summer hours, and only open on Saturdays through August. There is no mention of this on the store's website or various profile pages. There is only a small handwritten sign on the front door to notify customers. Today, Saturday, I tried to visit again at 12:30PM and the store was still not open. Please update your website and profile pages with accurate operating hours. And be open when you say you will be.

  They really take the extra step to ensure your experience is everything it can be. Tune is a perfect name, as they will spend the time tuning your room to get the most musical sound it can deliver. They don't oversell and they don't pressure. Highly recordmended. :)
