Cleaner and more comfortable than Greyhound. The built in wifi is also appreciated. An economic way of traveling between the US and Mexico. Certainly much cheaper than flying.

Rode from Phoenix to Tucson. The bus ride was fine especially for the price. The issue I had was the driver and staff only spoke Spanish so it was very difficult to understand what was going on. They even played a movie in Spanish.

Made it to the station and the lady I spoke with (worker) said my bus was running late, that she didn't know when it would arrive. She was thinking 8 or 8:30pm. I was scheduled to leave at 4. She said she call me once the bus was close. After a few phone calls to nobody regarding this review no success. I then had a man at the window call me over, him overhearing my struggles asked the problem. He then told me that not to worry it was only a little late. It shows up 30 minutes late. I could have missed it if I had left as the lady told me to. The bus ride home was smooth, but the bus smelt of sweat! Which is understandable since it's been hauling people around for a couple of days.

I rode from Guaymas to Phoenix on the executive bus, leaving at 11:50 pm. We had to get off and back on the bus four times in the dark and cold. It was an 8 hour ride that took 12! Getting through US customs was not pleasant, and there was nothing to eat or drink there. The drivers were very courteous, however, and did the best they could.

My family has used Tufesa for years and see have always appreciated their customer service and patience when there are many people in line. They recently upgraded their bathrooms and keep them pretty clean and riding the buses is always a pleasant experience, we always arrive to where we have to go on time.
