  I have used Tucson Real Estate Appraisal, Inc. for 4-5 years to do the annual appraisals for some of my properties that are owned by my real estate IRA. These are required for the annual IRA valuations. Appraisals for condo's and bare land have both been done effectively and economically. I plan to use them as long as I need appraisals in the Tucson area.

  Called to see about pricing and to get general information on a new home purchase. I spoke with Jeff who was ridiculously helpful and explained many things for me so I could better understand when and why a home appraisal would be necessary - gave me fantastic advice, even at the cost of a sale. He gave genuine, honest information. If/when we do need an appraisal, this is where we'll go!
