  Outstanding medical center. All of the staff in the ER department were professional, and friendly. The ER doctors perform a very thorough examination, and do their best to get to the root of the problem. Spacious open clean wating area with adequate ventilation. Bathrooms were clean as well. The childrens ER is outstanding - their doctors, and all staff are professional, and provide great care to the children. Thank you to all staff employed at TMC Medical Center for taking the time to listen, for showing compassion, and for providing great care ❤

  I personally had a great experience in labor & delivery, great nurses both during labor and after. My family members have also had great experiences and I noticed the attentiveness of nurses and doctors.

  I would rate TMC 💯% Each previous visit to your E R quality of care . To my latest stay these people have the skills care extremely knowledge group . Took. Great care of me got me on my feet in record time. You guys rock Thank y'all Oh no TMC y'all made a huge mistake. After the visit tonight I shall not be coming back. Y'all lost me. I will let UNITED Health know in the morning.Poor score zero!!!

  My son had a 30 min surgery today that required a overnight stay and he did not get a room for SIX hours even though he was ready to leave recovery after 2 hrs. His 6 & 8 year old children were there from 12 pm till 10 waiting to see daddy. They were tired & hungry and didn't understand. Neither does his parents , friends & wife. If they knew he would require an overnight stay then schedule a room when they schedule a operating room. Makes since to this 68 yr old man!!

  An old lady died sitting in a wheel chair after waiting for 5 hours. No one noticed. There were about 30 sick people waiting. The bathrooms were filthy. The staff seems desensitized to humans. Its routine without the human emotion or compassion. 15 years ago this was a great devoted hospital. Now it has poor slow service with a staff that looks as if they absolutely hate their jobs. Please don't disrupt them. I hope my children's lives never depend on any of them careless lifeless hospital staff that show up for a pay check.
