  My company had a RAID server with about 20TB of data that was stupidly not backed up. The RAID inevitably crashed and 10 years and 20TB of data was gone. After initial panic we were recommended to TTR by another company. After consulting with their technicians for about 30 min on the phone, we decided to drop off all 40 hard drives at their Chicago office location. I had little hope after this happened based on the extremity of the situation, but TTR Data Recovery pulled through and delivered the best outcome possible. Thanks to them, we had almost 100% of our company data back within 3 days and we could not be more pleased with the service they provided us. We were pleased enough to become a partner with TTR so that we may always use them in the future in case anything like this ever happens again.

  TTR Data Recovery recovered 100% of the data from my hard drive so quickly that I barely had a chance to worry over the fact that it was gone! I don't think I've ever had an experience with a company more pleasant than the one I had with TTR Data Recovery. From the first phone call to the last, they were very polite and treated me as if I were their only customer. Every one of my emails was responded to the same day they were sent and my rep explained everything in as much detail as he could. I think one of the scariest things about losing your data is that you have to trust some stranger to get it all back for you. My friend is my go-to IT guy and ALWAYS helps me with my computer, but fixing up my hard drive was something beyond his expertise.
