  Customer service was good at first. However the company completed a job without the proper support for the hardware. The company then informs me that I need to have the proper hardware installed and they will come back to "re-do" the job correctly for an additional charge. If you did not have the proper structure to install in the first place why complete the install just to say this install will not last and then charge me to do the install again when the install should not have been completed in the first place.

  Excellent and extremely friendly service! Went to get a garage door window replaced. Had a free estimate within minutes! Although they didn't have a match in stock, they gave me a replacement piece so that my home can be protected!
