  We have been using Truly Nolen for many years and are generally pleased. They had a service scheduled for this morning to do just the exterior. When I arrived back home, the front patio gate and the read gate in the back yard were wide open. In those several hours, snakes, rodents and other critters had total access to our walled in garden areas. Thank heaven when I saw that the front gate was wide open I checked the back gate (we live on a large wash in the foothills) and closed it. If I let my dog into the back yard without noticing the gate he would have taken off into the desert. I am just praying that rodents and rattlesnakes did not get in.

  Just moved to Tucson from Chicago. Expected to have to learn about living in the desert and what to watch out for. Bryan came promptly, spent a lot of time explaining "things" to us. Identified some areas of concern in the yard and recommended some plans of action. Proposed some courses of action to take in and around the house. Bryan was great. Xavier came over to take care of the rodent problem and did a wonderful job. Next Robert came over to work around the house. I'd like to commend Truly Nolen on having all three of them working for them. We found all to be professional, courteous and very engaging. Will be sure to recommend you. m&m. Just wanted to add that Jaimie and Carlos came over last week to perform the termite treatment. Consistent with what we've experienced with other Truly Nolen employees, they were great! Thanks to all of you.

  Reuben H. came out to do a WDIIR for the purchase of my new home not too long ago. He took his time to make sure nothing was missed. I was blown away as I certainly was not expecting such a thorough inspection as companies I've used in the past were quick to walk around with a flashlight and call it an inspection. Reuben is professional and goes above and beyond. He even let me know about some other (non pest related) issues that my home inspector missed. He TRULY understands the value added with simply providing a "quality" inspection.

  As always, for over 20 years, Steve is the very best person. He always schedules ahead, is always on time, thorough, asks for any special concerns, lets me know how the house and yards are looking, is careful for my pets and the birds I feed, and tells me to be sure to call him if anything comes up before his next scheduled call. I've chosen Truly Nolen for decades now to look after my home, my most valuable investment, and I haven't been disappointed yet. You all are kind of part of my extended family! Thanks for providing such trustworthy and lovely people to come into my home, meet with me, become friends, and assure that I have a safe, bug free environment in which to live. 4/4/2018 This time I am giving feedback for your Termite Expert Derrick Abernathy, who did the yearly contract required termite inspection of my home. You all must have the best hiring process because you continue to send the most well prepared, competent, informative staff to look out for my home. I have had this Termite Contract for my home for decades. It requires a yearly inspection to assure the home continues to be termite free. That means I have had a lot of inspections. And they have all been very good. But this one hit the standard right out of the ball park and it kept on going. Derrick was the most thorough inspector to date. He took pictures of any questionable area, showed me the issues, reported areas of concern to Steve, my other Truly Insect Expert who was able to come the next day to handle the ants that were found in the backyard, and shown to me in Derrick's pictures. Now, that's my Truly team working for me, and working with one another to make this company the winner that I have been with for all of these decades. I hope you don't increase the cost of my bug service. I'm now paying all I can afford and I'm very grateful to have it. I continue to be a very happy customer.

  Derrick A. recently did a thorough termite inspection on my home. He was punctual, courteous, and efficient. He even stayed and helped me put some things away after getting up into my attic. I feel confident that I don't have any termite issues at this time.🐭 On the same day Robert Schumacher did my outside seasonal pest control. This was a re-schedule which was better for both of us. Robert has been to my home many times and is always prompt, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. I hope he will continue to service my home.🐭
