  I would like to highly recommend Truly Nolen for any kind of pest control needs. I have been a customer for years for routine pest and termite control. They have always provided excellent service here at the house and great customer service from their office. Additionally, this summer I was confronted with the daunting problem of bed bugs. This is a horrible pest situation to deal with both physically and psychologically. I cannot adequately express how wonderful the entire Truly Nolen team has been. The office ladies who have scheduled the service calls have been so helpful and understanding. And our technician, Mark Curtis, is outstanding in both his expertise in treating the room and in his encouraging support. He has worked with the difficult situation of an adjustable bed. He has continued to find ways to treat it that has allowed us to keep this expensive bed. Through out this ordeal he has remained upbeat and encouraging. His positive attitude has meant more than I can ever say. I appreciate Truly Nolen and Mark very much.

  I have used this service for about 9 months so far and I am happy with the results. If I do find a problem area, they come out rather quickly to address it. My service technician is Richard Salinas. Is very professional and pays close attention to detail.

  I have been using Truly Nolen for more years than I can remember. I actually took a break a few years back when I hadn't seen any pests for a while. First came little black ants filing in from outside my kitchen window then I saw a "water bug" after a rain... Back to a quarterly visit from Truly Nolen and whew! no black ants, fire ants, or any other bugs. And all this while they use only products that are 100% safe for my pets and family and have Zero chemical smell! If I see anything in my house thatey will schedule a visit anytime that works for me, otherwise I know I will see my tech every 3 months. Every tech I have ever had (especially Richard Salinas, currently) has been personable, polite and professional. They are THE no hassle home exterminator which has prompted me to leave a review for others to benefit.

  We have been a customer of Truly Nolen Fort Worth for over 25 years. Their service and customer support has always been excellent. Specifically, they have always taken time to carefully explain the type of treatments, reasons for the treatments and the chemicals their would use to treat our house and yard. Our current Technician is Richard Salinas and he continues to provide the type of service we have become accustomed to over all these years. He always make us feel like we are his only customer.
