  Completely and totally unhelpful. Could not even grasp the concept of a joint check. Try to the branch at 901 North Glebe. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and Helpful.

  SLOWEST SERVICE EVER TOOK 20 mins to exchange bills go else where if you don’t wanna waste time outta your life

  I came in for closing my account but was told that need to wait for the manager to get help with this. Been sitting for more than 20 min and the manager still helping with senior. I understand it might take a while but there is other customer service rep are busy to help other customers. That is not great experience to have to wait for manager to close my account.
