  I ask them to print out a statement showing when the account was open and show deposits made for 12 months and they said they don't do that and they don't have a way of finding deposits made for a year. They also held a check from the United States treasury for 7 days before I could get any cash. The account had been open since 2015 I'll be closing it ASAP.

  This is the worst bank I’ve ever encountered I’ve been a member for 5+ years and they treat you like trash. They don’t value their members at all and sadly I will be leaving this bank They charged me $108 dollars in overdraft fees for transactions not totaling $30 dollars What a joke I’m very offended they wouldn’t even credit them back

  I have a business account with Truist I deposit checks daily and they hold every check up to 3 to 21 days even when there’s enough money in the account to cover the amount of the checks deposited. Called customer service stayed on hold for over 30 minutes to an hour just to hear that they couldn’t help with this problem. I’ve never had a problem with any other banks like this in my life. This bank is ridiculous.

  i would not like to give even one star to this non customer service bank. Horrendous treatment of their customers while merging with another bank..Phone wait times of well over an hour sometimes closer to two hours. Site being down and unable to do online banking. even false fraud alerts that require customer to call and then wait for hours. zero customer service.

  Truly Horrible bank. They have engaged in illegal activities with my account and if it doesn’t get sorted out, I am transferring my funds. To make a long story short, I have a large settlement held here and they have not let me access my funds in over a year and aren’t adhering to how my trust was set up. They’d rather believe someone’s manipulative ways, than help me, THEIR customer. Truly disappointed in how this bank has treated. One of their bankers even yelled at my like I’m nothing. Never would recommend them and have NEVER had such a poor experience with ant bank.
