  Great boba! I got the iced matcha drink and at first, it was very powdery and not like any other matcha I’d ever tasted. I kindly asked them to remake it and they did for me, at no charge. Very nice staff and excellent customer service.

  Really great Brown Sugar Milk Tea with grass jelly. So worth it. My husband and I went to Westlake and we had to check this place out . No regrets.

  Good customer service and good teas!! The jasmine tea brown sugar with bobba and taro was not what I expected and in fact tasted like water down tea or very powdery ,but my daughter's brown sugar milk tea with Bubba was amazing, so we based our review on her choice. We will be back to try something else!

  I always get the strawberry mango yogurt ice. Comes only in large size and no adjusting sweetness. There are more summer drinks added now. Cold brew teas and a mango ice with coconut jelly. The workers here slow the line down when they are handing out orders so you will be here at least 30 to 45 minutes. 512pm to 603pm for us. Drinks a bit on the pricey side. Tea flavor was weak according to mom. (Diff visit)

  I got the Black Tea Latte with boba 50% sugar and less ice. It was good; rich and creamy. Personally, I would get it with standard ice or even less sugar if I go there a next time. I had gotten the Strawberry Mango Yogurt Ice with boba on a different day. It's a nice try. I think if I got it again, I'd get the drink without boba. I think the boba made it overly sweet.
