Love this cozy bakery!! The pastries are delicious! My favorites in Miami Beach. They serve Panther coffee which make the perfect match for the pastries. The stuff are friendly and offer a professional service. You can sit outside or inside.

I had a difficult time deciding what to order. Since I’m visiting from out of town, I had to make my one choice count! It did. A custard-center croissant?! Yes, please! (Easy choice after hearing the two customers ahead of me both order one.) It did not disappoint.

I have been going to True Loaf since it opened and absolutely love the Almond Croissants. I went with a friend on Saturday afternoon to have one. The attendant said they were out of them and that we should come back on Sunday. I understood the situation as it was a little late and on Sunday went back with my friend at around 11 am. The same attendant said they were out of them again. When I told her that we had been there the day before and that we came back especially for those she said without any sympathy they were just out. We saw a tray of Croissants on the other side of the shop and inquired about those; only to be told “those are not for sale “.... There were other people in the store on both days and they also left empty handed. I will never go back to True Loaf and that is a shame because this is a shop I really used to like; however, their lack of planning regarding the production of their goods and terrible customer service makes it impossible to enjoy the experience any more.

Simply the best bakery in town. Those who complain about prices do not understand quality. This is European bakery quality, years ahead of what we currently have in Miami.
