::I had a difficult time deciding what to order. Since I’m visiting from out of town, I had to make my one choice count! It did. A custard-center croissant?! Yes, please! (Easy choice after hearing the two customers ahead of me both order one.) It did not disappoint.

::I have been going to True Loaf since it opened and absolutely love the Almond Croissants. I went with a friend on Saturday afternoon to have one. The attendant said they were out of them and that we should come back on Sunday. I understood the situation as it was a little late and on Sunday went back with my friend at around 11 am. The same attendant said they were out of them again. When I told her that we had been there the day before and that we came back especially for those she said without any sympathy they were just out. We saw a tray of Croissants on the other side of the shop and inquired about those; only to be told “those are not for sale “.... There were other people in the store on both days and they also left empty handed. I will never go back to True Loaf and that is a shame because this is a shop I really used to like; however, their lack of planning regarding the production of their goods and terrible customer service makes it impossible to enjoy the experience any more.
