  I enjoy their classes. I have found their instructors to be patient and helpful, being new.to yoga. It's definitely a workout!

  I am not sure why they call it "true" hot yoga. The hot class we took included obnoxious music and an instructor that screamed instructions (to make sure we could hear her over the music). The instructor had to run back and forth to the door to allow heat out of the room. I guess they don't have a self-regulating system? Either way, the entire experience was obnoxious and distracting. Fuethermore, the class we took (just a regular hot class) did not include ANY appropriate or traditional aspects of the bikram or ashtanga series. This place is good for people who aren't familiar with traditional yoga.

  Awesome place. Instructors are very pleasant and guide you thru the class at a nice pace with options for up a tempo time as well as a slower pace. You don't have to know any Yoga positions to do these classes you will learn them in class from the instructors or the other Yogi's. Very cleansing mind and body routine.
