  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I wasted a lot of time trying to purchase a car from them, mind you I secured my own loan and was driving 7 hours to hopefully purchase this car. To start off with the lady who answers the phone seemed nice and mostly helpful. I had only spoken with her up until today. After spending several days securing financing, I needed to speak to the manager before planning travel TOMORROW. I needed to speak with him about the loan value, get a sales contract faxed to the bank and arrange meeting with him. When I called earlier the secretary told me the manager wouldn't be in until after 3. I waited and called and he was available. Upon answering the call I gave him my name and the vehicle I was calling about. I explained that the loan value was not as much as the price he was asking ( although not a terrible price). I said I wanted to see of he could do any better on the price he previously had offered me. He immediately became very rude and defensive. He told me that he didn't understand how the bank could say that bc it was worth much more than he was asking. I tried to explain to him why the bank said that they would only loan that amount but he continued to interrupt me and stated his price was firm. I told him I knew he had the car awhile and so I figured he would want to sell it. He said the price is the price you either pay it or you don't. Then proceeded to say he didn't know why I kept calling over and over asking the same questions. Which is totally false. I had only called 3 times, twice today because he wasn't there when I called originally. He continued be very rude , I had already decided at this point I wouldn't buy his car no matter what the price was. I told him I was glad I got to speak to him before driving 7 hours to find out how he treats his customers. Beware, I do not trust this dealership!!!

  Not honest. Had a signed contract to purchase a vehicle. I honored my end of the contract. They sold car to someone else. Wasted lost of time and lost car shipping deposit. No response from dealer.

  NEVER EVER BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a scam. I bought a car here and within 2 weeks it needed over $1,600 in repairs! They did not return my calls and then when they finally answered my emails, they said I could bring it by their other location to get a quote that I would be paying for. Horrible business. Very unprofessional. I repeat GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

  The operator there was very rude, and unprofessional to say the least... She cost them a deal with her attitude. The bad part is I spent a couple of hours getting the loan for the vehicle. It pays to be nice to the customer... I'll spend my money elsewhere no matter how bad I wanted there vehicle!
