  It was too long of a wait. I had to stand there and wait for them for 25 mins to make to smoothies and a sandwich. The food was good, but the service was terrible.

  Very slow service. I stopped going for awhile cause of how slow it was. I decided to give it another chance since I like it. Carina C. was my cashier. I asked for Baja chicken (no onions) cause I'm allergic. They put onions in it. They asked me what type of fruit I want I said apple. I got home and looked at trhe apples and they were rotten. I will be taking it back tomorrow morning and letting the manager know. I will never go to this one again. The one on Las Vegas Blvd is way better. How you give out two rotten apples and then I called back and told her and she act like she didn't do it. Done with this one!

  This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I think this “Veggie Hummus Bowl” speaks for itself. Not only that but I feel bad for everyone else around me who was waiting for their items. This guy left and told them to not worry about his order because they were taking so long. It’s one thing to wait long but it’s another to receive the most DISGUSTING food I’ve ever seen. I’m wondering if the ingredients were going bad because the smell was just as awful as it looks. GROSS! This place needs to be closed down.

  This place is ridiculous. One person working on a Saturday night. We stood there waiting to order for 5 mins before the dude said it'll be about 10 more mins because he had a big order ahead of us. Ok fine. That turned into 15. So was here 20 mins before he took my order. Ordered two smoothies, one as a meal with a food item. He charged regular price for both smoothies, overcharging me $1.90 since it's that much cheaper as the meal. When I told him, he said "oh I don't know how to fix that. I'm new". Are you kidding me?? Yeah, manager, you'll be getting a call tomorrow. 😤

  I really like tropical smoothie until I have to come to this location. The service is soooooooo slow. Usually there is one overwhelmed worker but I was surprised to see 3 today. However the girl working the register named Myelle abruptly left the register with no explanation and did not return for a while. The lady who was making everyone's smoothie had to actually stop and help out those of us in line and then proceeded to make the smoothies. Myelle eventually came back and had a seat helping absolutely no one. Kudos to the one lady doing everything. What is the point of having 3 people if there is still only 1 person working?
