  Customer Service was deplorable. I asked for my meal, he said, "the chicken is frozen". In which I asked what does that mean? Does that mean you can't make it? He ignored me on the monitor, ignored me at the window and then ignored me when I walked in. He should be fired if they want to continue having a profitable establishment.

  I have been to this location numerous times and I experience the same terrible customer service every single time. The unreasonable attitude that these employees have is unbelievable. Simply placing your order will automatically be met with incredible unprofessionalism. I cannot believe management tolerates this type of behavior, it certainly says plenty about this company.

  The young lady behind the counter was fantastic. She was running left and right taking orders, preparing orders, and cleaning the work area. She was also extremely courteous and polite. The young man behind the counter was completely unprofessional. Not only was he sagging, showing his boxers to the world, he was primarily just outside the store on the phone. He didn't do any working the 50 minutes I was in the store and he was only behind the counter for 10-15 of those minutes. It's completely unacceptable to do nothing while one coworker does all the work. And from a business perspective, what a waste of money. He should be fired and replaced with someone who actually deserves the job. It's not a bad place, but he will definitely give the store a bad reputation.

  Came to this brand new location, just like the rest of the tropical smoothies there's only one person working here.. the guy did a great job keeping up with orders.. but unless you want to wait 30 minutes to get your order I highly recommend going somewhere else..

  They give the other Tropical Smoothies a bad name! Nothing but kids work here. I asked politely if they could blend my peanut butter well since last time they left chunks and the boy over blends and gave me a runny smoothie, laughing while giving it to me. I should have known not to drink it. It wasn't funny to me!
