  The trooper coaches helped me to loose weight organically. I haven't gone to gym for years and was recovering from injury in my right knee MCL. Their coaching , constant guidance and motivation helped to regain my confidence and get into shape. The friendly coaches will adjust as per your fitness level and will push you to be stronger everyday. It is a great investment on yourself.

  I've been weight training on and off for quite a few years, and after having run the Tinder-like Classpass circuit, I can truly say I've found a fitness home at Trooper. My wife turned me on to this place, and while I was initially timid about it, working out at Trooper is now something I truly look forward to. Prince and Jen have created a true, egalitarian, supportive, and exciting *community* of people from all walks of life. It's really an amazing feeling to show up, lift weights, and put in hard work weight a truly motley crew of individuals. Man, woman, skinny, large, tall, short- no matter- everyone is supportive and there to get a good workout. I can honestly say I've never felt so strong and have never been so excited to go lift than I have with this gym. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
