  Worst customer services ever received. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to move your business into ther facility. Than implement unwritten rules to make you relocate your business with further expense. Would not honor the move in special made me vacate before my paid rent of unit expired. Very predictive of somepne with no management experience. Notice no one moving in but everyone leaving. No lighting to unit and whole facility had pack rats infested. Will not exterminate pack rats just run into next unit. Ate the wires in company truck. Management unconcerned. Save your money do not lease from this company

  This place SUCKS they treat their customers like garbage. Nobody is ever there. I dont know what this lady beneath me is talking about this place is not taken care of what so ever there is weeds growing 4ft high the hedges are covering the front windows. All I know is the previous manager ALWAYS kept this property up as far as weeds and garbage and this property is HORRIBLE, they no longer have a dumpster for their customers and there is garbage everywhere on the property, dont take my word for it drive by and see for yourself. Now they are jacking the rent up on their customers to pay for their improvements which is mind boggling to increase thebrent by 50% on each unit. All the previous customers are leaving and some of them have been there for 10 plus years. Great way to treat loyal customers. There is numerous storage places within a quarter of a mile that are cheaper and taken better care of.

  New ownership is really cleaning up the place
