You'll pay a more in rent than 95% of America to live in a beautiful building in a rough part of SF. Worse yet, they'll kick you out of the roof, laundry room, and gym (!!) (that you pay for) at 10pm sharp. Your laundry is jailed? You're SOL - but you can repay(!!) $2.75/cycle to re-do the load in the morning (in addition to that pricey rent).

This property is just good from outside but the management is horrible and the company of trinity is even worse. The yard downstairs is not gated and the parking fence as well as swimming pool fence is very short so strangers jump off the gate and come inside the yard and then pool and use the pool. Our pool is all the time dirty and busy with strangers while we as residents have paid for its maintenance! we have called the management hundreds of time but they don't want to build a higher and more secure fence for the yard and the pool. They prefer money to their own residents safety and security. We call the cops all the time to ask the strangers to leave but they keep telling us that it is our management responsibility to build a better fence. Except its view and being rent control, this place is terrible.

I am displease with the service I received from the manager at 1190 Mission Street (I live in unit 1117) and am writing this email to detail the experience I had the misfortune of experiencing. I asked that a partition be removed from my unit because of the off gas that was being emitted by it (it is made of soft wood) was giving me a headache and I am sensitive to off gas. My request was rejected by the manager because "it was not something they do," he added that if there was damage to it then it could be replaced. I asked him if they would need to remove it first in order to replace it, he said yes, and then I said it can be removed. He told me that he would place a work order and someone would come on Monday or Tuesday to remove it. The manager then told me, indirectly, that all work orders must be cleared with the legal department. I removed the slates on Monday and placed them outside but then when I came back on Tuesday to see if the top wooden part could be removed, the maintenance person told me that he would take a look into it. After the maintenance person spoke with the manager, he then told me that it would need to cleared with the legal department first before the work order could be fulfilled. The manager knows that the wooden component that I asked several times already be removed be removed, causes me health problems and is intentionally delaying its removal. I also asked that the carpets on my floor be cleaned since their off gassing causes me health problems as well.

I've had such a great experience with Trinity so far, all thanks to Mo. I moved within the building at 1190 Mission and Mo was beyond helpful. Because of him the transition was seamless and pain free. Everything was taken care of and I did not have to chase them down for anything. If you have any issues, I would highly recommend going to Mo.

This review is mainly for Kevin Harris. He has been amazingly sweet and helpful for this past year and a half we've known him. No matter if my husband and I would come to him with strange requests, he would be ready to help us. It was always a delight to see him in the office or lobby, and he is very open with cracking jokes and making people happy. Our time at Trinity wouldn't have been the same without him. Thank you Kevin! Our overall experience at the 1190 Mission Trinity property has been positive. The apartments are well laid out (decent size for two people, but depends on the person perhaps). The location is relatively close to the financial district, and although the route goes through a rough patch, it lasts only two blocks. Maintenance has regularly been prompt and courteous with requests. The gym has a good variety of equipment. The front desk security has been friendly and kind. The new courtyard and garage are nearing completion and will be open shortly. And lastly but equally important, when our 1 year lease term was up, we smoothly rolled into the month-to-month pay system under the same rent amount. We have had a great time living here at Trinity.
