  Dr Fruitman is a saint. I have been battling depression and some type of bipolar my whole life. After trying and failing on many different occasions with different medications and doctors, i came accross Dr Fruitman and his ketamine therapy. It has been a life saver. Not only has the ketamine been extremely successful but the medication plan is working!!!! I'm not fully healed or jumping through hoops but my life is manageble and consistent and that i am very thankful for. Also the staff Jenn and Michelle are extremely caring and helpful. Thank you so much for helping save my life

  I am enjoying to come to Trifecta Med Spa! Such a lovely and beautiful place. I've done my botox there 2 times already and so far results are very good. My injector was Melody and she did fantastic job both times for my forehead and frown wrinkles. Definitely recommend this med spa for those who need botox or fillers in long island.
