  This is one of the worst places I ever been to...they take your $$ and don't won't to fix your car. I have a truck with them for a month and numours of things went wrong when I left the lot then I had to pay to get it fixed. After I get my truck back a day later the same problem I put it in for is worse. Please do NOT go to this place it's a waste of you time and money.i wish I have of read the reviews before I went there.

  I wish I was struck by lightning the day I put my hand on that door handle. First day I signed contract I was promised to have certain parts that was showed in Spanish on their video for contract signing in English. I was miss informed about their standards for insurance that also is in Spanish at signing the contract. $250 deductible with no restricted drivers this insurance coverage that you pay additional to your outrageous vehicle payment does not fall under state mandate law, so you have to seek outside insurance to have coverage just for liability, and state required. #2 They gave me the wrong receipt with my amount I put down on the deposit. I called the Manager at their Garland location still waiting for a call back been about 2 months now. #3 Tailgate was stolen I had to put a claim through the So Called Great Insurance, and I literally received a run around every call for 2 1/2 months. Every single person I talked to blamed Service Dept., Service Dept blamed insurance company. Finally I was fed up refusing to leave a message at this point I was demanding to speak to a manager in the insurance company department on a Friday I was promised that my Tailgate would be at I-20 n 35 location area on Monday. I went that Tuesday, Eli at I-20 & 35 location had no clue of an order for my Tailgate. So Eli calls the Service manager Victor in Fort Worth he didn't open up an email that was sent to him from the insurance Dept., At this moment he claimed he would get right on it to Eli ( on I-20 n 35). Eli gives him the VIN number as I'm standing there, having Victor on speaker phone he tells Eli he will get right on it give the customer an excuse. At this moment I responded there is no excuse he was on speaker phone. #4 Finally the day I received tailgate Used part can still see the Silver from previous color, Rhino paint job literally looks like a 2 year old painted it the tailgate has 4 dents, and worse paint job. The plastic on top of tailgate has damage in several areas, and is ready to fall off from not being glued properly. The cables to the tailgate are splitting. #5 I was told that I was able to make the payment to the deductible in partial payments, come to find out 2 days before my payment is due, I was $250 behind my last payment because the Insurance co. Took the $250 deductible from my last payment. I spoke to customer service, and he tells me they can't absolutely do nothing because the system processed it. Please Please Run from any of these Car Dealership!
