::UNNECESSARY SHOT GIVEN TO MY 3 MONTH OLD DUE TO SYSTEM ERROR! @tribecapediatrics, you and James Perlman the doctor that insisted to give my child the wrong shot really owe a deeper apology for your mistakes. My son was mistakenly given an unnecessary HEP B at his 3 month check up today. I asked the doctor even before he gave the shot and he said my son didn't have a HEP B at his one month, but after he's done I walked out to speak to the front desk guy who confirmed he did have his HEP B at one month and today is his second shot but my son had his first one at birth from the hospital it's all in his records. Later they blamed the system and said his birth shot was not recorded in the system so the doctor didn't see it? Front desk saw it, I asked him about the first month he lied and said no? Unless your practice is lying to me about your system? I was left hanging for 2 hours for a firm explanation, nobody did until I demanded to speak to 2 supervisors who made me to talk in the basement and admitted the mistake on their staff, this is the letter I got from them but it's still unclear what's the bottom line and she said it happens every now and then! This is a very careless and heartless practice that has no protocol for their mistakes. They made me feel like it's not serious and don't make a big deal about it. Please spread the word and stay away from them!

::Overall an excellent and very user-friendly practice. Once you find the right pediatrician for you ( they don't make a big deal if you want to see a few different doctors), it's pretty perfect.

::Really great experience. I've been taking my two children, ages 11 and 4 Consistently, Tribeca Pediatrics (Warren St office) has been a great experience. Wonderful staff, super nurses, caring/knowledgable doctors who know how to speak with children. In case of emergency, the office response is outstanding.
