  Horrible experience. Doesn't deserve one star. At the Tijuana terminal they said the bus was a direct route to Fresno. They dropped us off at LA and had to wait for a bus for 7 hours !! They never mentioned that we had to stop at LA all day while they gathered more people to come down to LA . The seats are uncomfortable. The service is bad.

  This company is the worst. They were supposed to bring my cousins and grandmother, who is sick and has a hard time walking, directly to Fresno. When the tickets were purchased they we were told the tickets were for a direct trip and the trip was supposed to take 7 hours to get here. Instead they told them and the few others coming to Fresno, to get off the bus in LA where they had to sit for 4 hours waiting for another bus to pick them up and that was after already being on the bus for about 4 hours, this wouldn't have been a problem if they had been given the right information since we were looking for rides that brought them directly here. They were supposed to get here around 7 or 8pm and instead didn't get here until around 1am. To make matters worse, they didn't even drop them off on the street they say they would so we ended up having to search for them. And because the bus driver was SO eager to leave that he hurried them off the bus, my grandmother ended up hurting her leg. Worst company ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would give them zero stars if possible. Horrible service.

  Inpuntuales e irresponsables tube que tomar el uber para no perder my vuelo son una vasura no buelvo a viajar con tres estrellas de mierda. Pesimo servicio.
