  Bought a watch online for my gf from a completely different store, but it arrived broken. Was hoping it was just the battery, so came by this store to get it replaced. Took him about 5 seconds to do, but unfortunately, the watch was clearly defective and the new battery didn't fix it. Put the bad battery back in, handed it back, didn't charge me anything. Great guy working here and will definitely return for an actual purchase.

  The guy took me for a fool and gave me a load of BS about the quality of their diamonds. My advice to anyone looking for an engagement ring is to do your research online and avoid places like this that are only too keen to lie to you and take your money.

  I got my ear pierced here in 7th grade. It was a perfectly fine experience. I think the fact that they've withstood the test of time in a neighborhood with a turnover like Park Slope speaks to the quality of goods and service they provide.

  For over three years I have been a loyal customer of Treasures and have referred friends and associates to the manager, Avi, specifically. The service and selection of items are of the most excellent quality but the reasoning here is even more significant. Most importantly for me is that I had an intricate deco broach with five diamonds I inherited and has had much meaning to me for many years. When I got married three years ago, I met with Avi to discuss ways of transforming this precious object into a wedding band. After hearing his suggestions, then agreeing on a specific design, the results of the delicate craftsmanship were (and still are) tremendous! People -- even complete strangers -- will comment on the "beauty" of this most important piece of jewelry having so much meaning to me and to my family. If you want typical jewelry, go to a commercial establishment such as Zales but if you want something truly special, unique and superbly crafted -- or customized exquisitely -- go to Treasures and ask for Avi!

  Avi is very talented. We took my wife's broken engagement ring here on a Saturday afternoon asking Avi to use all the pieces of it to create something else unique. We wanted to preserve the sentimentality of the ring, but make it wearable and comfortable for her. After giving Avi a little bit of direction, he assured us he would make something beautiful. Within two weeks the ring was ready and we were blown away. My wife cried when the box was opened. He used all the pieces. The old platinum band he melted and made a new, plain band for her size. All of the stones from the original ring were set in a new, very unique way that was exactly what we described to Avi. He used white gold to match the rest of my wife's bands and now she has an awesome stack on her finger. Looks so good! If you need work done on jewelry that you consider useless because of its condition, go here!!!! We couldn't be more thrilled with the result. Thank you, Avi!
