It's a Travelodge so don't expect quality, for it to smell nice, for it to be quiet or feel welcoming. The showers work fine, nice and hot, the TV works and there is plenty of places around to eat and a liquor store across the road. Great for if you're working away with a group of guys in construction or industry, just not a place to take your wife for a weekend away. It's a means to an end and if you don't expect too much you won't walk away disappointed for the price. Staff were friendly too.

The price for this hotel is average against many of the others located in the city of San Francisco. They do offer a self-serve breakfast in the morning which set them apart from the others of the same price. However, the people residing at this location left much to be desired. There was quite a lot of foot traffic and in the morning some scuffling outside of our room created a stressful atmosphere. There were people sleeping on the stairs outside as well. Buyer beware.

This is a very noisy hotel. It worked for the 1 night I was there but I could hear the rooms on every side. The room above me was awful, I could hear when they moved chairs, closed the door, walked, eat. The breakfast was simple, waffles, cereal and fruit. There was also coffee, apple juice and orange juice. The parking is $15 a day which is good for the area, I recommend leaving your car and using public transportation. Parking down in the tourist areas can be $50 for the day or around $10 an hour.

Terrible experience! We booked 5 nights (two separate rooms) but only stayed for 2. When we arrived on Wednesday we were told parking was $15. A day. We started unpacking our vehicle and their was heavy pot smoking going on in the parking lot. During the overnight hours the parking lot was filled with drug dealing, prostitution, partying and talk from people about looking into hotel room windows and breaking into vacant rooms. There were homeless people digging through the garbage right outside our room door. There were two occasions where people were banging on our doors looking for specific people. We woke up Thursday morning, went outside and there were two different vehicles that had been broken into. The windows were busted. My husband ran off the homeless person trying to steal a box of cereal from the vehicle. We informed the front desk and they stated that we should have all known that nothing should be visible in vehicles or they would get broken into. At no point were we informed. Thatโ€™s what $15.00 a day gets you! Our calls to the front desk did nothing to resolve any issues. We felt unsafe at all times! We tried to get out of our stay after night one, but the manager was unavailable and did not return our calls. We had to put our vacation on hold and put our safety at risk waiting for return calls. The employees could have cared less about our comments or issues. Three days later and were still waiting for our refund!

Good location with access to public transport. Surrounded by one block of homeless, junkies and weirdos; then streets feel safe again. Not soundproof, you can hear everything. Rooms are clean and well sized. Bed comfy and clean. Breakfast is very plain: coffee, cereals, pancakes and fruit; feels cheap. I paid 60$ a night and 100$ deposit. I would not pay more that for what they offer. Front desk ladies and breakfast chef were very friendly.
