  This place was terrible in every sense of the word. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking facility. Our toilet was stopped up and would not flush and we were told to come down stairs and we could use a plunger. There was blood on one set of sheets and the other was pretty dirty as well. The carpets were dirty and stained. There's a motorhome parked and hooked up in the parking lot. Really glad we got out of the other 5 days we had booked to stay. If I could give it less than one star I would.

  Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend to anyone. Pet friendly but no place for them to go to the bathroom. Stinks and is FILTHY. People sitting outside parking lot all night. Doors look like they’ve been kicked in a time or two. Windows “secured” with a metal pipe on the inside. Only stayed one of the 4 nights.

  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Animal urine and feces smell coming from other rooms. Strange people and homeless people hanging around the facility and in the facility. There are actually people living at this facility and take all the free breakfast there is.. Lights didn't work in room,the safe and the bathroom had water dripping on heads from room above-ceiling was cracked and not repaired. Unprofessional staff!!! Pool not heated nor is clean! Carpet disgusting!! Outside friends and family of management living there and coming to do their personal laundry there. REEKS of cigarette smoke! Stephanie, I have EVERY RIGHT to write a review on this facility. I have already took the necessary legal actions for this facility, you proceed how you see fit. I'm simply speaking for other guests that have stayed there, after reading other reviews it is obvious to me that NOTHING is being done about this facility or how it is managed, you seemed to get a slap on the hand and that is it!! I believe I'm speaking for prior guests and to warn those who have thought about staying here. It is time you take responsibility for your actions. How this facility seems on line and pictures online is very deceiving and should not be apart of tourism in Colorado Springs. Thank you!

  Absolutely great staff. Everyone is very friendly. Handled all our requests without ao much as a grumble just happy to do it. Very very Pet friendly. Only one down fall is no smoking within 20 feet of the building. I love the breakfast!

  I have read all of the previous reviews and after staying here for a week, I'm really not sure what everyone is complaining about. For the price you pay at this hotel, it is GREAT. If you want to stay at a 5 star hotel, with 5 star service, than you have to be willing to fork out more than 45 or 50 bucks a night! Overall, the service was fine if not good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the clientele is exactly what you would expect from a hotel that costs 400 a week. You can't be cheap and expect world class people! Wake up!
