  Location location location, this hotel has got it. It's convenient twice over because you can do close thing during the day and if it's a warm night you can do dinner close by, walk to either Ghirardelli square for desert etc. The rooms are really clean, like really clean. Housekeeping is very attentive. You won't stay in the room for very long though so lack of room service is not a big deal, you'll enjoy your stay the staff say they'll make sure of it. They did for us!

  We just spent 3 nights in the City and really enjoyed ourselves. Travel lodge for the price and it's location is terrific. Of course we could have spent $400 a night across the street at the Marriot but for $150 a night we can't complain much. Our room was cleaned every day and folks there are very friendly. Could use some upgrading as things look a little dated and tub, fixtures, walls look a bit worn but again for the price in San Francisco hard to complain much. We loved our long walks, hitting a Giants game, and just hanging out. We'd stay there again in a minute. Thank you Travel Lodge San Francisco Candy and Ron Simmer (Balboa HS Alum)

  The card key would not work to the room. They had to give us a key to get into our room. The tv was not working. It took them 15 minutes to figure out what was wrong.The cable box was balancing on top of the tv and the wire came lose. The cabinet holding the mini- fridge was chipped and dusty. There was no plug for a bath. The faucet handle kept falling off . The room was extremely small. We had two queen sized beds!! Plus there was a $25 additional charge , plus tax, for parking. That was not told up front. The breakfast was store bought cinnamon rolls. The coffee was very bitter and gross. I would not recommend this hotel. It was not worth the $188 that we spent. Spend a little more for anywhere else.

  Lieu épouvantable. Fuyez votre chemin. Chambres minuscules au bord de 2 grosses artères routières. Chambres sales, peu insonorisées, sale de bain avec moisissure et trou au plafond, avec en prime quelques cafards au réveil. Le "petit dejeuner" inclus est simple. Vous vous servez une boisson chaude au lobby et vous mangez dans la chambre puisqu'il n'y a pas d'endroit prévu à cet effet. Ah oui et personne à l'accueil très désagréable... Franchement à ce prix là regardez si les hôtels plus chers aux alentours ne proposent pas de remise !!

  This room was perfect for our weekend getaway. We were doing a lot of sightseeing and only where in the room to nap or to sleep. It was fine for that. The continental breakfast the next morning and the staff we're fine.
