  I have traveled to over 30 countries and no currency exchange booths anywhere will take coins, which is why all travel books and travel sites recommend that unless you plan to go back or want them as a souvenir, to spend all coins before leaving a country.

  They don't accept coins, and they expect you to go to the airport to exchange coins in a machine!!! This is NOT a user friendly method of doing business. The last thing customers need after a trip out of the country, is having to hassle over their money!! Really??

  They charge $10 less for wire transfer than US Bank. There is a reason. They obviously don't train their people for the wire transfer service they offer. They screwed up mine and didn't even care why it failed. And it took 2 wks by the time the money was sent out. Don't go there, unless you can afford any delay or dealing with an incompetent sales consultant.
