::I went here before a trip to Mexico to get Mexican pesos...and they didn’t have any! I could understand if I was requesting an unusual currency, but having plenty of Pesos on hand should be standard. On top of that, I was told that they wouldn’t get more Pesos for two more days. They did say I could get Pesos at their airport locations, but then what’s the point of having this storefront?

::Horrible service! Were closed in the middle of the day. Sign on the door said they'd be back at 1:30. No one came. I left at 1:50. No one answers the phone ever either. Rates also look EXTREMELY high! Decent rates and great service at Currency Exchange International a few blocks away in Copley Place.

::Useless. In the middle of a large US city, surrounded by banks and they'd run out of US Dollars!

::Ripoff! On April 13th I exchanged 100 US dollars, minus a 7 US dollar service charge, for 250 Brazilian Real. The exchange rate on that day was 3.127772. This is simply pure greed. Since not only did they give me a service charge, but they exchanged at only 80% of the actual exchange rate. Effectively taking 20% or 1/5 of the money I exchanged and had the gall to charge a service charge on top of that.

::Great place to get currency exchanged before a trip. Go a couple of days in advance and double check the money. They gave me outdated currency for Costa Rica and I had to go to the bank in Costa Rica to exchange it cause no business would take it.
