::Very comfortable RV. They setup in the park for us. Easy.

::The Good: had plenty of units available. Delivered unit pretty close to being on time. Quick set up. Everything worked at first and when the toilet broke their response to fix it was quick and efficient. The Bad: Charged a full day because we had the RV one (1) extra hour. Unit must have have been out at silver strand because it was full of sand. Their interior cleaning is very superficial and exterior cleaning was non-existent. I recommend that you don't look under the mattress. If we needed to rent an RV, we would most likely try one of their competitors primarily because of the overcharge.

::Regarding Sue Jorgensen's comment. This was the first time we had a unfortunate problem with these bugs. Sue was not the person with the reservation, but was staying with Mary in the travel trailer, therefore we dealt mostly with Mary. The evening this was brought to our attention we did not have a trailer to bring them, but explained we could bring another trailer the following day and offered $200.00 towards a place to stay. They declined this and opted to wait for the replacement trailer the next day. After understanding the problem we immediately took the trailer to a professional exterminating company. Proof attached. We showed proof to Mary and refunded $500.00 to her and she seemed satisfied with the resolution.

::Great service. Clean RV! The only minor snag encountered was a very sensitive CM/LP detector going off (our own doing probably since aerosols trip them pretty easily). The company insisted on sending someone over even though the problem was gone. They checked the whole rig to make sure everything was g2g. Travel trailer was set up for us before arrival and shortly after arrival one of their reps gave us a tour/tutorial. Awesomw time. Thanks

::We have received very poor customer service, This could have been a plus for them they could have handled it like heroes, but instead we got bare minimum or less just enough that you wouldn't sue. Rented a trailer first night of 5 days found bed bugs, bites on one kid, found the actual bugs and droppings in the couch. The maintenance guy came out and saw them as well. That night the only thing they offered us was to bug bomb the trailer and let us move back in , in a couple of hours. ( Not an acceptable solution) No other trailer, No offer of a hotel room . We slept in borrowed tents and cars that night. They did give us another trailer the next day but we lost at least a day of vacation sanitizing, washing everything, loading and unloading the trailer. not to mention just the icky factor. We have had to try to call and contact and bug them they have not been responsive. Almost a week later and they have not settled a refund with us, no written contact and we are getting the run around that they need to contact corporate. The refund they were willing to provide, $200 single hotel rooms at San Diego beaches in Summer run far over that amount much more for the whole family with 3 adults and 4 kids to spend the night. That is how they said they came up with what they offered us but they used a 2 star hotel rate for 1 room max 4 occupants. Not a single apology or concern. Beware, of this company as long as it all goes OK it's fine. They are slipping no customer service or awareness that their companies reputation was on the line. We have rented from these guys for 15 years they used to be responsive, and on it. The two years previous to this we had minor problems like AC broke and a Sewer hose leak. They were handled but slowly and only with pushing. No compensation was ever asked for or received it was just an inconvenience. But this is WAY over the top.
