  Cigarette burns everywhere, random pathways roped off, bathroom was filthy and there were no towels. The one and only good thing about the entire place was the security guard. He was polite and very helpful, but not overbearing or intrusive.

  This is a decent place. No vermin, however.... Its very old they didn't provide towels til our last day here. Also, lots of homeless activity and drama from other guests. The pool is very clean and so is,the rest of the property.

  Bed bugs hell no !!! Bad people bad dont go there i wouldnt , you can hear people runing in and out all night yelling plus hookers and people sanding around the larking lot looking around and trying to see whats in ur car .

  This was a last minute hotel room I decided to stay in and figured why not because of how cheap they were. I had no hot water, was given one towel (all the towel racks were broken/not on the wall), and the sheets on my bed weren't even clean. They redeemed themselves with a perfectly working AC and a beautiful pool. There wasn't much to walk to around the area but it was close driving distance to afew main parts of Phoenix. The two front desk people I interacted with were kind and made sure I got what i needed. I'm not sure I would return here but it is nice for a quick and cheap overnight stay and nothing more then that.
