  I was disappointed in my choice to book through this agency. I flew to new Zealand, and if you've ever flown that distance you know that between the time changes and the military clocks, it can be confusing! So that's a good reason to book a travel agent, right? For the added cost of booking with an agent, I expected more from Mark. I wasn't told about an Australian Visa for my 24 hour layover, so I guess he expected me to spend a day in the airport? There was a lot of confusion and stress on the flight home- not something I've ever dealt with when booking my own flights on my own. I take some responsibility, but I did trust a professional and was let down.

  This trip could not have happened without Travel Guy. We knew where we wanted to go but with our busy schedules we were having difficulty putting it all together, making flight arrangements and timing it so everything worked. Within several hours of discussing the trip we wanted with Mark we had our reservations, airplane tickets and were set for the trip of a lifetime. He took all the stress out of arranging travel so we could focus on the joy of it. Mark responded to questions rapidly and put all concerns to rest and even checked in on us shortly before we left for our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. We also really appreciated the well organized and labeled travel packet he sent us. We plan on having Travel Guy involved in all our future travel experiences.
