  The place looks good and the guards are nice. But if you come here to talk about your fine and explain yourself, then probably they are not gonna care and you still need to pay no matter what your reasons are.

  They treat you like you're a criminal, MTA sucks! I remember last year, I needed one quarter to pay my fair and law enforcement gave me $100 fine, told the blonde lady who helped me with my appeal but instead was being a b*tch even though I told the truth and wasn't trying to ask anyone for money, mta just robbed me! If I were you, save money for a car and get your road test so you won't have to deal with this place and these monsters because I'm driving instead of getting public transportation, they are just trying to get money from people! They want raise the fare but not fix the system! These bastards are a joke even though they earn $30k for sitting on their ass all day! I don't care if they see this post as it's not their world and It's called freedom of speech under 1st amendment because these mta doesn't want to fix the problem. If they see this review, I'm speaking my time about place because I don't care as the city is corrupt and trying to Rob money from people. This place is joke!

  Have you ever been stopped in a bus and had been asked for the receipt ?! I had the subway card ! He said no ! You must have a printed receipt !! Then he issued me a ticket for 50$ !! He said call this number in an hour to defend it ! While the office was already closed ! Tried to come to this place! But I felt i was in a theater!! Anyway I am not giving them a one star or less because of my situation, but for the rudeness of their agents in the place and the leak of facilities and dirtiness of the place!! Also the explanation video how to get there and what to do, the actor was plead guilty! That give you already an idea of their negative and rude attitude!!

  They don't even deserve one star. I would give them negative if I could. Just read everybody else's story on here. I'm just another one of those people that they decided to take money from.

  I wanna give it minus star if possible. I don't know why no one is paying attention for the happening of this kinda things. I guess no one really has the ability. We are all small people trying so hard to survive in a city like this. Obviously the driver, the cops and this place, they are all connected. It's like a business, the way they handle the whole thing. There is nothing you could do. No way out of it. You are just like a fish on the cutting board. I don't even wanna waste time telling what happened. Cuz it really doesn't matter what happened!!! Don't even waste time coming here. If you are rich enough, go get a good attorney and sue them to hell. They are setting people up. I really pity those tourists!!! And people who are new to the place. I'm thinking about moving to another state. Or actually, just work harder! Wait till you climb to the higher level of the pyramid. Nah.. even if you have a car, the traffic is quite terrible, too. It's really not a livable place. So not HUMAN.
