  I've been training here for almost 2 years and I love the coaches, facilities, and the people I've met and trained here with. They know their stuff as far as physical training and nutrition. If you listen to and trust the trainers, you WILL burn fat and gain muscle! They also periodically host charitable fundraisers, client parties and community events. Ask about their 8 week challenge, you won't be disappointed.

  I love this place. I have never liked going to the gym and working out on my own. TFW offers classes led by experienced coaches that are scripted daily so there is no wasted time in the gym. The classes usually have about 6 to 8 people and are about one hour long including warm up and finishers. The coaches, Colin, Tyler, and Cecelia, are all excellent and are genuinely interested in the progress of their students. The cost is higher than a typical gym with no coaches / instruction but much less than a personal trainer. Overall, it's a great value. The atmosphere of TFW is kind of like the TV show "Cheers," where everybody knows your name and class mates notice when you are absent. I highly recommend TFW. This place is ideal for anyone that is looking to get in shape but lacks the motivation to work out on their own.

  I spent 8-10 years as a runner and occasionally spent time in our corporate gym. I ran half and full marathons but could never get a true enjoyment out of working out. Nothing really felt rewarding (except the very brief moment of crossing a finish line) until I walked into TFW and started challenging myself on a daily basis. The trainers are all so incredibly knowledgable and care about my form, my health, my nutrition, and my goals. My favorite part...is my fellow "warriors" that cheer me on and complete workouts right next to me and keep me going!! Love this place, and love that my wife has joined and loves working out with me too!!

  Love this place! Coaches are very attentive, very knowledgeable and wouldn't ask you to do anything they themselves cannot do! So if you think you can miss just one of anything, you are mistaken! They are your conscious and have the ability to change the thought into action inside of a second! Love the other clients! It is all about individual and team success! The facility is very clean!
