  Seriously professional trainers. It's the training experience of an athletic scholarship to a university, despite the fact I'm just a working professional. Also the trainers are great people - fantastic personalities.

  I have been a member for 8 years. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable as well as motivating. There is a lot of variety and workouts can be adjusted to fit your desires and abilities. Worth every penny

  The trainers and staff provide great customized training to hit your fitness goals. The gym atmosphere is very positive. T4TG makes you feels like you are a part of a training family. There are great options for personal training and awesome group classes. I can not say enough good things about this place - I love it!

  On a Custom Trial right now. So far I have been blown away by three things (more... but, you know...) 1) Amazing access to classes and their technology in scheduling, 2) Obviously world class coaches in both credentials and capability. 3) Insanely friendly and supportive.. everybody introduces themselves and frankly do a better job of name retention than I do.So far - - very, very impressed - - 4) While I am sore in a good way.... My back issue already feels better than it has in months. (I had to sneak in 4)
