  I purchased a 6x12 Interstate trailer for my company in May. Unfortunately for me I believed the sales pitch from representative about the quality of the trailer and craftsmanship. Less than 30 miles and 1 week of ownership before this trailer needed to be returned for "warranty work". The hinges do not allow the barn doors to open flat along the side of the trailer, rather they sit at roughly a 70 degree angel. This alone is a joke as it blocks the sidewalk if parked on a street (not good for a professional). On top of that the pressure caused by the hinges hitting the corner bead broke the heads of the screws holding this trim piece on. When asked I was told this is a normal functioning trailer and they see nothing wrong. After talking to 2 different people about this I finally got some acknowledgement that that is probably not how it is supposed to work. I had to leave the trailer for repairs. the next day I received a call stating that the repairs were done and trailer was ready to pick up. 24 hrs later I went to get it and was surprised to find out that not only was the work not done but it had not been started yet. So I sat and waited to about two hours for the work to be complete. during this time the sales man, I believe he is the manager, that I had dealt with initially was on "lunch", so I was unable to discuss any of the problems. The final straw was the repair its self. The corner beads were replaced and new screws were put in, sounds good right, but no. Rather than actually do a good job the new trim was bent around the old broken off screws that they decided to leave in place. Now I have to take the trailer in for more repairs just to a different location. It is clear that this company does not care about its customers or reputation and unfortunately the sale is complete so i have no recourse. I do not recommend this store or this company to anyone.

  Quality product, great prices and real old fashioned customer service make this the place to go for a trailer. I shopped across CO and drove from the Springs to do business with John and Jared. They greeted me with a friendly smile from the minute I arrived, took their time and made sure I got the trailer I wanted. No pressure for a sale, just honest business and all the pricing was very upfront. They are the place to go for a new trailer!
