  Rundown shabby trailer park with very rude management. Would not suggest living in or visiting this place. Would be safer to avoid it.

  This place sucks. The management is SORRY! The lady that manages this shit hole is a dam joke. All of the trailers are full of MOLD. The lots ARE CRAP. This place is full of prostitutes, Pot heads, crack heads, and mostly blacks and setbacks. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH A SHIT. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY.

  PARK IS BY FAR UNDERMANAGED AND NEEDS A WHOLE NEW CREW ESPICALLY Maintenance who does nothing but lie screw people over and is rude and needs to be removed from here. hire all new staff all around maybe this place then can change

  I LIVED THERE ABOUT 2 MONTHS,,MOLD,/MILDEW, ALL IN AND OUT OF MOBILE HOME ,LOT 17 ,AND SEVERAL NEIGHBOR'S I VISITED WERE LIVING WITH THE SAME MESS, I HAD TO CALL CODE ENFORCEMENT / CITY ON PARK MANAGEMENT, SHE'S A POOR EXCUSE OF A MANAGER. ...I TOOK HER TO COURT IN JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, BECAUSE SHE TOLD ME SHE WASN'T GONA FIXS THE MOLD/MILDEW, AND OTHER ISSUES AND WHEN WE WENT TO COURT SHE LIED, ON SEVERAL ISSUES, SO DO NOT MOVE IN TRAILER VILLAGE @ 7000 NORTH MAIN STREET, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA, 32208,, ,,THIS PARK IS TRASH.....AND COULD / WILL MAKE YOU SICK R YOUR CHILDREN, DUE TOO MOLD AND MILDEW, AND DON'T TRUST THE MANAGER, SHE WAYS ABOUT 300 POUNDS AND A LIER, SHE WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND CUT YOUR THROAT BEHIND YOUR BACK.....
