  I have trained multiple traditional martial arts and was looking for a progressive system with a focus on modern day defense. I found what I was looking for at TKM. The instructors are great. Their ability to teach new progressive ideas and tactics while still respecting fundamentals of traditional martial arts is a real credit to them. The students friendly and helpful, and there is a " everyone is welcome" family orientated attitude to the school.

  My kids and I have been training in the studio for 4 years. This place is awesome - it's more like a second home ... you come for Krav Maga (self defense) and you stay because the instructors and members make you feel like part of the family. The atmosphere is pressure free, relaxing, fun and at the same time rewarding. The team is super professional and experienced and are there to transfer their knowledge and tools to students, adults and kids. Give it a try - you won't regret it

  I came to New York on December 2016 from Israel, I didn't know a lot of people, but once I joined the family of TKM New York, I not only felt safer riding the subway or walking around the street of NYC (day & night), but also enjoyed the privilege of having amazing instructors, new friends, and to have the most professional training I have ever had (wish I could have those same training during my military service, very personalized).Highly recommend people to join the family, I know that for me it'll be a family forever.

  Been a student at TKM for almost 4 years and must say it's life changing course and the trainers treat you like a family and they really care and wants you to learn to be the best you can be! Thanks!

  Awesome place to train! I've been a part of TKM Krav Maga for over 4 years and there's nothing better. Amazing instructors, who are professional, knowledgeable, and also very kind. If you're looking for a self-defense gym, this is definitely the place to go 🤙💪
