  I took my vest to get a patch sewed on, and although the price was reasonable, she sewed my patch on crooked. When I called back to fix the situation the guy wouldn't even listen to what I had to say he said "call back" and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and I'm not satisfied with my experience at all.

  5 star forsure. Definitely will be my number one place to get my suit and pants tailored. Service is excellent and very a very nice lady. Thanks tracy.

  Tracy does amazing work! She sewed on the patches for our Phoenix And Phriends uniforms, which was an almost impossible job, and way exceeded my expectations. She's a sewing genius, and a fun, nice person. The prices are totally reasonable as well.

  First, I don't usually wear dresses. Secondly, I've never had a garment hem or alter. Also, I never been impressed enough to write a 5 star review, but my customer service was so great, I had to. Though I did not catch the lady's name who assisted me (my mistake), I'm pretty sure she's the owner. When I put on my dress to see where it needs to be hem, she told me immediately that I didn't need to hem or alter it at all. My dress fell where it was suppose to and she had to convince me that I was worrying over nothing. Lol. I loved her honesty because she said, "Sure, I can take your money and hem the dress for you, but I'll be doing a bad thing to you." Gosh, I thanked her and hugged her for her honesty and tried to tip her a $5 for her help but she wouldn't accept it! All she said was, "Next time you have another dress that you think needs to be hem, come back here." And I will. And I hope this review brings in many customers to Tracy's Sewing Services because they deserve the recognition. Plus, it's located in the tower district.
