  Horrible experience with this location. I was referred to Tracy's from a relative that swore by this this place, only to leave dissatisfied, aggravated, and annoyed. First, and foremost this review is long over due, for a disservice that was done in 2013. I bought my 1998 Ford Contour in for the issue that my electrical components would just shut off randomly, and I'd have to go into the fuse box to change the pin. They've, supposedly found the root of the issue, residing in my dome lights, so they just disconnected them; somehow, during the diagnostics the harness for my stereo had caved in, when I came back and told the, "GM," he told me that, they didn't touch it, and dismissed the issue... till this day, I avoid Tracy's like the Black plague, and have found a trustworthy mechanic! Consumers do your due diligence, and a thorough vetting process of your mechanics. As for Tracy's take accountability for your actions, and do not dismiss an issue; especially, when you were not present to begin with.

  My first two visits were perfect. When i returned for the third I was informed my guy Aaron was no longer there. I had my oil changed that day and it took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The counter guys were very rude when I questioned the long wait. I paid my bill and on the way home I noticed there was no reminder sticker. I called and was placed on hold for almost 8 minuets! Doug answered and when i asked him about the sticker, he acted annoyed with my complaint. Will not go back. I will tell everyone to avoid this place.

  Super fast and friendly service. Much better than some of the bigger, more corporate stores in town... I'd much rather support a local business that wants me to come back:-) very easy to work with, got me in and out for an oil change and inspection in record time.

  This place was very clean even had decent magazines for woman. Got a oil change they said 45 minutes it took only 30 minutes. Didn't try to sell my things I don't need. Treated me respectfully.

  I have been going to Tracy's off and on for several years. My first experiences with them were great, they had fantastic customer service and great products. Then for a moment the customer service began to be really bad and I ultimately had to stop going to them because they became untrustworthy. For the last 2 years I have gone to another mechanic but recently came back to Tracy's. My last visit with them showed that the customer service level was back to being amazing and I felt I could trust them more this time. I am always nervous about mechanics, especially being a woman. I feel that Tracy's has been honest to me about the services they have provided and the prices they have charged me. They were quick to respond when I came and dropped my car off out of the blue and was even able to return it to me within the same day even though they were swamped. I enjoy them but am still hesitant to give them a better review until I have had more experiences again with them so I can trust them like before.
