  From a persnickety client that insists my blonde to be light, light golden blonde, with no brassiness, Traci gets it right every time! I can sit back and let her do her thing instead of anxiously micromanaging every step. Love the cut, color and good company! Also, very accommodating friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. Five stars!! ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

  I went for an ombré, paid for an ombré and they gave me highlight. Not going back! 😡

  I just went for the first time, and had an amazing experience. The stylist gives you all of their attention, unlike those at chain salons. I went to a color stylist at Visible Changes who did her best to take our the red that was in my hair, but the color was nothing close to what I wanted. I scheduled a consultation and cut/blow dry with Katy here, and decided I will never go to another salon again! My experience was superb, and I cannot wait until next week when Katy re-colors my hair. Another plus, their products are cruelty free! I am in love.

  Traci Scott is an AMAZING salon! They have great integrity and always make sure their clients are satisfied. I love coming to the salon so I can relax and have a drink. They also sell Davines products which show they know what they are doing. I highly recommend anyone to try this salon, especially if you are new in the area!
