  AS in everything that has to do with car service, sales etc. Plan ahead and make sure you have the time to spend. Don't go anywhere near car dealers or service stations thinking you're going to get out in a flash. That being said Glen Toyota in Fairlawn is about as pain free as it can get. They will assure your service is done correctly if not they will get it right ASAP. There was a mistake made during one of my service visits but I went back and was out in minutes. Excellent staff, management and coffee machine...(a necessity when you're about to get hit with a costly charge..lol) Make sure you check out their service specials on the Glen Toyota website...that's one of the reasons why I go back. It's like they know what I need and then put a coupon in for it. Great stuff guys...

  Very good service with a lot of friendly employees. Especially Bruce. He explained everything I needed and what was best for my car. Also the waiting area is a as good and comfortable as it needs to be. Totally a good place to bring your Toyota.
