  I ordered a component for my vehicle - sight unseen. But the dealership double checked the part I was requesting to ensure it worked with my vehicle via VIN. I received the component to repair my vehicle that had experienced inoperable functions for six months, and installed it. My vehicle feels brand new as the component fixed all missing operations, and I could not be happier. Moreover, the process to order online was easy.

  Excellent help, both online and via phone. I called to make sure I was ordering the correct part number, and everyone I spoke to was more than helpful in making sure I had what I needed. The parts arrived withing a few days and I was all set. Without a doubt, I will order parts from this department in Stamford as long as I'm a Toyota owner!

  I was blown away with the price of the parts compared to the aftermarket parts i had called looking for. I ordered oem parts online and the next day received a call to let me know that i had picked 2 parts that were the incorrect number for my car application but was assured that the correct parts were available and verified before shipping. It was a very pleasant experience talking to the gentleman that took care of my order. He was very professional and gave me exact time frames in which my parts were going to be available and delivered. In all we needed these parts as soon as possible and within days the parts were at my door! I will buy from Stamford Toyota again and again. Great service!!
