  Toyota of Glendale is the friendliest car dealership around. They made me feel welcomed, comfortable and happy! I went in nervous as a first time car-buyer, and I walked out with a brand new car. They made it pain-free, and walked me through everything necessary for my first car-buying experience. Shoutout to Armando and Gary!

  I was looking around for a new car last Saturday with no expectations, and I ended up being blown away by the level of service and professionalism that I received from Stephanie the Cashier. She totally went above and beyond to help me find what I needed, from snacks, to guiding me to the sales team, and she also showed me where I could buy cool Toyota stuff! Plus, I accidentally left my wallet in the bathroom, and she chased me down to give it back to me!! I will be coming back to buy my new car!!

  Sahak was super helpful and gave me a lot of good information about the options available for the vehicle I was interested in. He is professional and courteous. He spoke to me like an intelligent woman instead of just talking to my husband like they do at some other auto dealerships. I ended up leaving that night with exactly the vehicle I wanted. The process was quick and painless and I never felt pressured. The staff at Glendale Toyota are terrific. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased there in the past 4 years!

  I FINALLY GOT A NEW CAR :) It was long overdue but not having a monthly car payment is so nice! I wanted to get a Prius as I was spending so much money in gas on my old SUV that I wanted a ride that would get me from point A to point B a little bit faster. My experience here ended up being great too! The customer service was so good! Sometimes car shopping is stressful because of how much pressure the sales reps make you feel but not here! Everyone was upper chill and helpful throughout the process. Go visit these guys if you are looking for a transparent and smooth car buying experience!
